00 N 1st Rd, Wexford Township, MI 49620

Property Description

Tucked in the far northwest corner of Wexford County, you will discover this 20-acre parcel of vacant land. This parcel is fronted just a short distance down a gravel road, and the east and south edges abut state land, with underground electric available at the road. The topography is gently rolling, and the parcel is heavily wooded with a small marsh area towards the road. There is an established trail leading towards the center of the property. The southwest corner touches more than 1000 acres of state land and trails. With the parent parcel touching Wexford, Grand Traverse, Benzie, and Manistee counties, this is a rare find and offers a great location in the countryside, but not far from all the popular things in Northern Michigan.
